FAQ
Why publish the price?
You should know the cost before you spend time on calls.
Is $5 per person-hour the full price?
For standard tasks, it covers the trained person, the team lead, QA sampling and the weekly report.
Which tasks count as standard tasks?
The ones in the first row of the rate card. The main five have their own pages, with sample work and quality checks. If your task is not listed, describe it in the pilot form. We tell you the rate before any work starts.
Is the pilot free?
No. It is prepaid at the quoted amount: people × hours per week × 2 weeks × $5. A paid pilot means the team treats it as real work from day one, and you see what the work really costs.
What happens after the pilot?
You decide. Continue with the same team, change the scope, or stop.
Do you sign a contract?
We sign your NDA before we see real data, or we send ours.
Can we add or remove people?
Yes. Tell your team lead.
Do you do computer vision, automotive or robotics annotation?
Yes. Specialized annotation for computer vision, automotive and robotics is Deepen AI's core work, built over more than 8 years with automotive and robotics customers. The enterprise team scopes and prices each project.
