Turn your AI's failures into fixes and tests

Deepen AI's trained teams find where your AI goes wrong in production, work out why, and turn each failure into a test and better training data, so the same failure is caught next time.

From failure to fix

Find the failures, find out why, then make sure they're caught next time. Each step is done by trained people and feeds the next.

Where the team works

Wherever your outputs and failures already are, with access you control.

From your logs

Your system writes a sample of outputs or runs to a shared sheet or bucket. The team reviews them and writes findings back in the format you set.

In your own tools

Your eval platform, your support tool or the dashboards your engineers use, on accounts you create.

How work reaches the team

Your data stays in your systems. We work under NDA, with the access you set. Deepen AI holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and TISAX.

How findings stay reliable

Every failure comes with the evidence and the rule it breaks, and is checked by the team lead before it reaches you. Known answers and agreement checks keep reviewers consistent, and the weekly report shows the numbers.

Every reviewer's accuracy is measured

Items you've already answered are hidden in the real work, so we know how accurate each person is.

Nobody guesses on unclear cases

The team lead decides, or asks you. Your answer joins the guidelines.

You see the results every week

A weekly report shows work done, QA results and what's improving.

How we start on your work

No sales call. Start with a sample of real outputs and the failures you already know about.

What to bring

  • A sample of real outputs or runs, or the logs they're in
  • Failures you already know about: tickets, complaints or flagged outputs
  • Your rules for a correct answer, even rough ones
  • The format your evaluation harness reads, if you have one

We review real outputs, find and explain failures, and turn the first ones into tests, with two weekly reports. Then you decide.

Pricing

$5per person-hour

Output review is $5 per person-hour in English, with a trained team, a team lead, QA checks and a weekly report included. Evaluation, benchmarks and training data are quoted in your plan.

Set before you pay. Your plan shows the rates, the team size, the hours and the total price.

Starts with a two-week pilot on your real outputs, paid upfront, with two weekly reports.

Then you decide. After the pilot, you choose whether to continue.

Questions

How do you find failures we don't know about?

By reviewing a sample of real outputs against your rules. Failures that never reached a support ticket show up there, with the reason each one is wrong.

What's in the weekly report?

The failures found, grouped by cause, how often each one happens, the questions only you can answer, and the tests added that week.

How does a failure become a test?

Each failure is written up as a benchmark item: the input, an approved answer you sign off, and the rule it tests. Your harness runs it on every release.

Can you work with our automated monitoring?

Yes. Send the items your monitoring or automated judge flags, and people confirm, explain and correct them. The report also shows how often the automated check was right.

Do you fix the model?

Your team fixes the model. We give it what it needs: the failing cases, their causes, approved answers, and training data such as preference pairs and corrected examples.

How soon do we see results?

Your first weekly report arrives at the end of the pilot's first week, with the failures found so far and their causes.
