The work you ran on Mechanical Turk

Most HITs were short, repeated tasks with clear rules. That's the work a trained team does best.

Where the work happens

The team works where your items already are, on accounts you control.

In your own tools

A spreadsheet, an admin panel or the labeling tool you already use. Results land where you need them, in the columns you set.

In SageMaker Ground Truth or Amazon A2I

If your pipeline used the MTurk workforce, add our team to your private workforce. Your task templates, S3 data and code stay as they are.

How to switch the workforce

Your data stays in your systems. We work under NDA, with the access you set. Deepen AI holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and TISAX.

Who checks the work

On MTurk, you wrote the qualification tests and reviewed submissions yourself. Here, a team lead and QA reviewers do it, and you see the results every week.

Every reviewer's accuracy is measured

Items you've already answered are hidden in the real work, so we know how accurate each person is.

Nobody guesses on unclear cases

The team lead decides, or asks you. Your answer joins the guidelines.

You see the results every week

A weekly report shows work done, QA results and what's improving.

How we start on your work

No sales call and nothing to rebuild. Your HIT instructions become the team's training.

What to bring from MTurk

  • Your HIT instructions
  • Examples of work you accepted and rejected
  • A sample of real items
  • Your weekly volume and deadlines

  2. Within 2 working daysGet a plan and a price

  3. 2 weeksRun the pilot

We train the team on your instructions and examples, then work on real items with two weekly reports. Then you decide.

Pricing

$5per person-hour

You pay for the hours people work. A trained team, a team lead, QA checks and a weekly report are included.

For example, if one person copies 120 receipts an hour, that's about 4 cents a receipt. Your plan shows the numbers for your task.

Set before you pay. Your plan shows the team size, hours and total price.

Starts with a two-week pilot on your real work, paid upfront, with two weekly reports.

Then you decide. After the pilot, you choose whether to continue.

Questions

When did Amazon Mechanical Turk close?

MTurk stopped accepting new requesters on 30 July 2026 and closed permanently on 30 September 2026. Requesters can approve or reject submitted HITs until 30 October 2026, and download their transaction history until 28 January 2027.

Can I reuse my MTurk HIT instructions?

Yes. Your instructions and examples become the team's training. Add the edge cases you used to reject, and the team lead will turn them into rules and known answers.

What should I do in MTurk before it's gone?

Approve or reject submitted HITs and pay any bonuses by 30 October 2026; anything left is approved automatically. Save your HIT instructions, examples of work you accepted and rejected, and your results. Download your transaction history before 28 January 2027 for finance and audit records.

Our code sent HITs through the MTurk API. What now?

If your pipeline runs on SageMaker Ground Truth or Amazon A2I, add our team as your private workforce and the pipeline keeps running. Otherwise, the team works in the tool or sheet where your items already are, and results land there.

Can you handle a big batch with a deadline?

Yes. Tell us the size and the deadline when you request a plan. We size the team to finish on time, and for busier weeks we add people when you tell us ahead.

How quickly can we start?

You get a plan and a price within 2 working days. The team is trained on your instructions and examples, and the pilot starts on the date in your plan.

We used MTurk for research. Can you help?

Yes, with the data work around your studies: coding open-ended answers, transcribing interviews, and checking and cleaning datasets. Tell us about the study when you request a plan.
