Pricing
$5per person-hour
Document, exception and records work in English. You pay for the hours people work, with a trained team, a team lead, QA checks and a weekly report included. Data work for warehouse robots is quoted in your plan.
For example, if one person processes 50 bills of lading an hour, that's about 10 cents a document. Your plan shows the numbers for your documents.

Can the team cover peak season?
Yes. Tell your team lead ahead of time, and people are added and trained on the same rules. Your weekly report shows the hours and the items cleared.
Which documents can the team work with?
Bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, customs forms and proof-of-delivery photos, typed or handwritten.
Can the team work across time zones?
Tell us the hours you need covered and the turnaround you need when you request a plan. The plan says how the team is staffed to meet them.
Which systems can the team work in?
Most web-based transport and warehouse systems, document queues and back-office tools, plus spreadsheets. Tell us yours when you request a plan.
Do you also work with warehouse robot data?
Yes. The same team can analyse robot failures, curate data and review demonstrations for your warehouse robots. That work is quoted in your plan.
What access does the team need?
Only what the task needs, on accounts you create, under NDA. You can remove access at any time.
