Where people fit around your agent
Before release, people find out what your agent really does. Once it's live, they decide the actions that matter. The same team can do both.
Where the team works
Before release, on a test version. Once you're live, in the queue your agent sends work to.
On a test version of your agent
Testers and raters work on a staging environment you give them access to, so real customers are never affected.
In your approval queue
Your agent puts risky actions in a queue in your own tool or a shared sheet. Reviewers decide, write the decision back, and your agent acts on it.
How work reaches the teamYour data stays in your systems. We work under NDA, with the access you set. Deepen AI holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and TISAX.
How reviewers stay sharp
The risk with any approval step is that people start approving everything. Known-correct items in the queue, weekly accuracy checks and QA re-checks keep every decision honest, and you see the numbers each week.

Every reviewer's accuracy is measured
Items you've already answered are hidden in the real work, so we know how accurate each person is.

Nobody guesses on unclear cases
The team lead decides, or asks you. Your answer joins the guidelines.

You see the results every week
A weekly report shows work done, QA results and what's improving.
How we start on your work
No sales call. Start with the step you need most: testing before release, or approval once you're live.

Pricing
$5per person-hour
Action approval and output review are $5 per person-hour in English, with a trained team, a team lead, QA checks and a weekly report included. Evaluation, red teaming and benchmarks are quoted in your plan.
Set before you pay. Your plan shows the rates, the team size, the hours and the total price.
Starts with a two-week pilot on your agent's real work, paid upfront, with two weekly reports.
Then you decide. After the pilot, you choose whether to continue.
Questions
Which agent actions should need a person?
Usually the ones that are hard to undo: moving money, changing access, deleting data, or contacting many customers at once. During the pilot we help you write the rules, so your agent only waits on the actions that matter.
Will approval slow our agent down?
Only the actions you choose wait for a person, and the team is staffed to the turnaround in your plan. Everything else runs as normal.
What should we test before release?
Whether your agent completes your real tasks, whether it can be pushed into breaking your rules, and whether a fix breaks something that used to work. That's agent evaluation, red teaming and a benchmark built from your failures.
Can the same team test the agent and approve its actions?
Yes. A team that tested your agent already knows its rules and weak spots, so approval is sharp from the first day you go live.
Our agent is already live. Where do we start?
With approval for its riskiest actions, and evaluation of a sample of real runs to see where it goes wrong. The plan says which comes first.
How do you stop reviewers from approving everything?
We mix actions with known correct decisions into the queue, measure each reviewer's accuracy every week and re-check a sample of decisions. You see the numbers in your weekly report.
