What a cleaned record looks like
Each record comes back fixed, merged or sent to you, with the change logged and the rule behind it.
- Records
- “Acme Ltd” and “ACME Limited”, with the same VAT number
- Your system flagged
- Possible duplicate.
- Result
- MergedKept as “Acme Ltd”, with both contacts and the full order history.
- Reason
- Your rules merge on VAT number and keep the older record's name.
- Record
- Phone: 0044 (0)20 7946 0018
- Your import said
Invalid phone number.- Result
- Fixed+44 20 7946 0018

- Task
- Move 3,200 customer records to the new CRM
- Check after import

- Both addresses placed orders this year.
- Result
- Sent to youKeep both addresses, or make one the main address?

Questions
Can we see what was changed?
Yes. Every change is logged with the record, the value before and after, and the rule it followed, so you can check or undo any of it.
Can you help with a migration to a new system?
Yes. The team moves records by your mapping, checks them after import, and fixes or flags anything that didn't come across cleanly.
Which systems can the team work in?
Most web-based CRMs, ERPs and back-office tools, plus spreadsheets. Tell us yours when you request a plan.
Is this for a one-off cleanup or ongoing work?
Either. Many teams start with a backlog, then keep the same people on to enter and check new records each week.
How is accuracy measured?
Records with known correct values are mixed into the work, QA re-checks a sample, and the weekly report shows the acceptance rate.
What access does the team need?
Only what the task needs, on accounts you create and control, under NDA. You can remove access at any time.
