Can you correct our AI's transcripts?
Yes. People check your AI's transcript against the audio and fix names, numbers, speakers and missed words, which is faster than transcribing from scratch.
Do you add timestamps and speaker labels?
Yes, as your style guide sets: at every change of speaker, at fixed intervals, or both.
What about names and specialist terms?
Send a term list with your first recordings. The team uses it from day one, and adds new terms as they appear, for you to approve.
What formats can you deliver?
Plain text, documents, subtitle files such as SRT and VTT, or JSON, in your tool or a shared folder.
How fast are transcripts returned?
