Who reviews, and how accuracy is kept
Trained reviewers, working in English inside your tools. Each one learns your rules and passes a test before touching live items.

Every reviewer's accuracy is measured
Items you've already answered are hidden in the real work, so we know how accurate each person is.

Nobody guesses on unclear cases
The team lead decides, or asks you. Your answer joins the guidelines.

Questions
How fast are reviewed outputs returned?
You set the turnaround you need when we plan the work. We staff the team to meet it, and it's written into your plan, with the price, before you pay anything.
Can you review outputs inside Amazon A2I or SageMaker Ground Truth?
Yes. We work as a private workforce in your existing Ground Truth or A2I setup, so your loop, task templates and outputs stay as they are.
What do you need from us to get started?
Your rules or rubric, 10 to 20 examples you've already checked, and access to where the outputs are. We turn your examples into known answers to train and test the team.
Is every item checked twice?
No. Each item is reviewed by one trained person. QA reviewers re-check a sample of finished items against your rules and the known answers, and hard cases go up a level.
What if we think a decision is wrong?
Send it back. Your team lead replies with a fix or the reason, and if your rules need a change, the guidelines are updated for the whole team.
Do you review content in languages other than English?
Standard review is in English. Tell us about other languages when you request a plan, and we'll tell you what's possible and the rate before any work starts.
