What an approval looks like
Each action comes back approved, edited or blocked, or sent to you, with the reason.
- Customer wrote
- My order arrived damaged. I want my money back.
- Your agent wants to
Refund $1,240 to the original card.- Reviewer decided
- EditedRefund $310 for the damaged lamp only. The rest of the order arrived intact.
- Reason
- Your rules refund damaged items, not whole orders. The customer's photo shows one damaged item.
- Ticket
- Please give me admin access to the billing system.
- Your agent wants to
Grant the admin role in Billing to j.doe.- Reviewer decided
- BlockedNot granted. The request goes to the Billing owner for sign-off.
- Reason
- Your access policy needs the system owner's approval for admin roles, and the ticket has none.
- Task
- Tell customers about the new prices from 1 May.
- Your agent wants to
- Email 2,300 customers: “Your plan renews at the new price on 1 May.”
- Reviewer decided
- Sent to youThe list includes 180 customers on the legacy plan, who keep the old price until July. Should they be left out?
- Reason
- Your rules don't cover legacy-plan customers. Your answer is added to the guidelines.
- Customer wrote
- Can you move my flight to the 14th instead?
- Your agent wants to
- Rebook the flight to 14 May and charge the $75 change fee.
- Reviewer decided
- ApprovedRuns as proposed.
- Reason
- The customer asked in writing, and the fee matches the fare rules.

- 2 weeksRun the pilot
We train the team on your rules, decide real actions and send two weekly reports. Then you decide.
Who approves, and how accuracy is kept
Trained reviewers, working in English in your approval queue. Each one learns your rules and passes a test before deciding live actions.

Every reviewer's accuracy is measured
Items you've already answered are hidden in the real work, so we know how accurate each person is.

Nobody guesses on unclear cases
The team lead decides, or asks you. Your answer joins the guidelines.

You see the results every week
A weekly report shows work done, QA results and what's improving.
Standard approval covers actions such as refunds, credits, account and access changes, bookings and outbound messages. Actions that need a licensed professional's sign-off are quoted separately in your plan.
How much does agent action approval cost?
$5per person-hour
Standard approval work in English. You pay for the hours your reviewers work, with a trained team, a team lead, QA checks and a weekly report included.
Set before you pay. Your plan shows the team size, the hours covered and the total price.
Starts with a two-week pilot on your agent's real actions, paid upfront, with two weekly reports.
Your data stays in your systems. We work under NDA with the access you set. Deepen AI holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and TISAX.
Questions
Which agent actions should need a person?
Usually the ones that are hard to undo: moving money, changing access, deleting data, or contacting many customers at once. During the pilot we help you write the rules, so the agent only waits on the actions that matter.
How fast do decisions come back?
You set the turnaround and the hours you need covered when we plan the work. We staff the team to meet them, and both are written into your plan, with the price, before you pay anything.
How does our agent wait for a decision?
The agent puts the action in an approval queue, either a screen in your own tool or a shared sheet. Reviewers write the decision back, and the agent acts on it.
How do you stop reviewers from approving everything?
We mix actions with known correct decisions into the queue, measure each reviewer's accuracy every week and re-check a sample of decisions. You see the numbers in your weekly report.
What if we think a decision is wrong?
Send it back. Your team lead replies with a fix or the reason, and if your rules need a change, the guidelines are updated for the whole team.
What access do reviewers need?
Only the approval queue and what's needed to judge each action. We work inside your tools with accounts you control, under NDA, and you can remove access at any time.
