What a resolved case looks like

Who resolves cases, and how accuracy is kept
Trained reviewers, working in English in your exception queue. Each one learns your rules and passes a test before touching live cases.

Every reviewer's accuracy is measured
Items you've already answered are hidden in the real work, so we know how accurate each person is.

Nobody guesses on unclear cases
The team lead decides, or asks you. Your answer joins the guidelines.

You see the results every week
A weekly report shows work done, QA results and what's improving.
Standard exception handling covers documents, records, orders, claims and payments. Cases that need a licensed professional's judgement are quoted separately in your plan.

Questions
What kinds of exceptions can the team handle?
Cases a person can settle with your rules and the evidence in front of them: unmatched invoices and orders, conflicting or duplicate records, failed checks, missing fields and documents your extraction couldn't read. Tell us yours when you request a plan.
What happens when our rules don't cover a case?
The team lead sends it to your contact with the evidence and a clear question. Your answer is added to the guidelines, so the same case is settled for the whole team next time.
How fast are cases closed?
You set the turnaround you need when we plan the work. We staff the team to meet it, and it's written into your plan, with the price, before you pay anything.
Our volumes go up and down. Can the team change size?
Yes. Tell your team lead, and people are added or removed. Your weekly report shows the hours and the cases closed.
How do we know the decisions are right?
We mix cases with known correct outcomes into the queue, measure each reviewer's accuracy every week and re-check a sample of closed cases. You see the numbers in your weekly report.
What access do reviewers need?
Only the exception queue and the records each case needs. We work inside your tools with accounts you control, under NDA, and you can remove access at any time.
